Shipping & payment terms
The shipping costs are EUR 4.99 per order and apply to Germany.
From an order value of 50 euros, we deliver the goods to you free of charge, this applies to Germany.
Items that are in stock are usually available within Germany within 3-4 working days.
Delivery periods of approx. 5-10 working days apply to all other countries.
Delivery to parcel stations on account is not possible.
Notice to customers outside the EU
The charges for import clearance/customs duties are not
included in the shipping cost . These will, if necessary, be made upon importation
additionally due and collected by the competent authorities.

Shipping costs and delivery to business customers.
The shipping costs are 5.00 euros net per order and apply to Germany.
Shipping within Germany. Abroad on request. Free shipping from 150 € net.
From a net order value of 150 euros, we will deliver the goods to you within Germany free of charge.
Delivery to parcel stations on account is not possible.
Our goal is to make your purchase as pleasant as possible. This also includes maximum convenience when making payments.
We accept payments in advance, Giropay, PayPal, invoice or credit card.
Payment in advance
After placing your order, you will receive an invoice by e-mail with the necessary data for the transfer. When making the transfer, make sure that the order or invoice number and customer number are given. After receipt of payment your order will be delivered.
Please note that transfers require 1-3 bank working days and an additional 1 working day for booking before the goods can be delivered.
Payment by Giropay
With Giropay you pay quickly and conveniently by online transfer, without additional fees and in compliance with the highest security standards. This online payment method is offered by over 1,500 banks and savings banks. Based on online banking with PIN and TAN, it enables easy, fast and secure payment via online transfer.
Prerequisite for participation is a current account activated for online banking via PIN/TAN procedure. You will be forwarded to Giropay after completing the purchase.
payment with credit card
You prefer payment by credit card. Then select this payment method if you have a VISA or Mastercard. You will be directed to the payment page, enter your credit card details there and will then be redirected back to our shop after the card has been successfully checked.
The invoice amount will be debited from your credit card account shortly before delivery.
Payment by invoice only for business customers.
